my creative juices have been flowing like the amazon river here in our new (old) house in maine the last couple of months. josh and i are really in our element getting settled in this house. painting walls and floors, putting up artwork, arranging furniture, and making this house our own. we feel like we can truly express our design aesthetic in this abode and we are loving the process, non working washer and dryer and all.
Molly, your house looks so beautiful! I LOVE the collection of white ceramics, especially that multi-faced head. Amazing. Vintage? Also really love the gallery wall. It must be so fun creating a new space for your family. Making home is one of my favorite creative outlets. Did you paint your floors white? Can't wait to see more. So happy for you.
ReplyDeletehi karina- hope you and your family had a lovely thanksgiving! so excited for you and the start of clusterart. i found that head at tj maxx 5 years ago on the clearance shelf. it is a jonathon adler knock-off. and josh painted the floors of our two main living spaces white before we moved in. it has always been a dream of ours to have white painted floors. will have to post on the process later. happy day, friend!
