our friends invited us over for a 'friendsgiving harvest party'. i really admire how they threw this big bash complete with a cider-brined turkey, a slew of kids that were entertained the entire time by the flock of chickens they had outside, anda full-on bonfire once the darkness set in. it was fun and a great way to kick off the holiday season.
this is my creative outlet. my family and i followed our hearts to maine and moved to an old house outside of portland a year ago. when i am not taking care of my twin girls, you might find me writing little love notes to my husband, sipping on green tea, taking photos of nature's beauty and dreaming of well curated spaces. it's the simple pleasures in life that make me happy.
